TrimFlow Pro - Troubleshooting

1. Plugin does not appear in Premiere Pro
- Confirm the extension folder is inside:
  C:\Users\YOUR-USER\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions\
- Restart Premiere Pro after copying the files

2. Login via Portal does not unlock the plugin
- Complete browser login with the same Picstur purchase account
- Wait a few seconds for the panel to sync
- Reopen the plugin panel if needed

3. Download button is not visible in the portal
- Download is available only after purchase and active access

4. Trim buttons are locked
- Make sure your portal login is active
- Check your plan status in the dashboard

5. Auto trim seems too strong
- Use Custom Smart Auto rules and reduce long/short clip trim values

6. Undo or Redo does not work
- Make sure a trim action was run in the current session

7. Premiere should be restarted after install
- If the panel behaves unexpectedly after copying files, fully close and reopen Premiere Pro
